| The foursome fee for this year's event is $14,000. The individual fee is $3,500. |
| This fee includes three rounds of golf; private return charter via Jacksonville Executive terminal from Toronto; all meals; a memorable gourmet dinner and program on Sunday evening; and accommodation. |
| As well, all our participants will be entered into our traditional "Reverse Draw," in which one golfer is guaranteed a 1 in 88 chance of winning a golfing trip of a lifetime for two. |
